Basement Art Studio Conversion—Newfane,
VT
In this project, I removed a mousy drop ceiling (not a fun
job!), removed out-dated wall paneling and old carpeting.
I then installed homasote walls, painted the walls and floor
and hung drop ceiling lights. I also installed an entry door,
built steps into the room and a shadow box to cover pipes.
The room is now a clean, brightly lit personal art studio
for the home owner. |
